And yes, the Arts Council funding cuts are so depressing. Writers Inc were reading a list of some of there past winners - names such as Tobias Hill and Maggie O Farrell leapt out as writers who have made it big but still needed help and recognition from places like this. It&#039;s tough enough making a way through these comps and magazines, but without even these as stepping stones? Unhappy times.</description>
